I connect my profiler to the computer before I open up rig manager… It tells me that there is an update available, I am now trying to download the update for the third time and it’s taking forever…
Also, I have 1000 profiles in my unit so I saved them to local library and I want to delete about half… Every time I try to delete them from my profiler, it adds them back on, I don’t get what I’m doing wrong…ughhh
It’s terrible getting old… LOL 
Edit: I don’t know if it got the update or not… When I go into system, it says 5.5.0.13341B

Congrats! you have the latest version now installed on your KPA. Maybe RM is having problems with a bulk delete, try deleting a smaller number of rigs. I never attempted to delete 500 rigs off the KPA.

I always delete one page worth at a time - about 30-40 rigs otherwise the systems will freeze. With all the issues re: RM updates I haven't updated yet but now I will.

Thank you guys, it seems to have sorted itself out after signing out and back in a few times… I did not try to delete 500 rigs all at once, I tried it in smaller portions and it finally worked properly, thanks guys!
