I checked and can see you are successfully trying to download. The issue must be on your browser. Seems some block zip files from being able to download. This many be some sort of protection setting.

Can you let me know what browser and OS you are using?

Just sent you an email. Apologies for the issue. After research it seems Chrome started a security protocol that is at odds with the download on the site.

For anyone who may have trouble please try to right click and select to "save as" instead of just clicking the link to download.
