Frquencies and times: Choosig Kemper Impulse Response files

Dear all,

I am new on Kemper world, and just tried to download a free IR from Celestion Webpage. It worked great, but my question is: there are different frequencies (Hz) and times (ms) inside the zip file.
How should I choose the correct one for me? Is it based on trying the best or there is a rational behind these choices?

"Hello Gustavo – Some equipment specifies a specific sample rate and length in order to work correctly. We know that the Kemper works well with a 44.1kHz, 200mS file, so we’d recommend this one. The other versions are there for as wide a compatibility as possible."
