Both XLR's, Headphone Out and Stomp A-X LED's broken after plugging into new venue - Phantom Power Issue?

Hello! Big problem here. Set tones, tested through IEM's and studio monitors via XLR's prior to gig. Get to gig, plug in XLR cables to Left and Right out. Hear momentary signal, fizzles out and eventually heard zero volume. Noticed Stomp A, B, C, D and X are Out and not functioning, although all programmed stomps can be heard. Troubleshooted properly, ran direct out through unbalanced outputs. Played gig without hiccup. Get back home, try practicing through headphones... that's bust as well. Literally the only thing that changed about my rig was the venue. Could a phantom power signal from the board have done all this?

Whatever the cause, it was not a phantom power issue:

Could the Kemper out somehow get connected to a mixer output instead of two inputs?

Anyway, I would recommend filing a support request.

Or worse still, could it get connected to a speaker out?
Possible, in some scenarios, a speaker out (another amp on stage?) might be power-soaked and connected via a DI box.
A moment of negligence could have had you kpa connected to this or some other incompatible bit of gear (dmx?) and the stage hand, releasing an error, quickly (and without mentioning it) fixed hoping no-one noticed.

Those figure8 mains connectors are fitting with an XLR output.
Some roland keyboards (RD500, RD800) that use these mains plugs have been modded to ensure the cable is only just long enough to plug in the keyboard’s mains-socket and not long enough to reach the nearby XLR out. You can imagine the result of 240vac going up your XLR!

So, plot twist dudes. I had been running the Spring Reverb Preview OS. Downgraded to 5.5.2 Release and reset Global Settings on System Page #2.

Fixed all problems.

Installing an OS change also reboots some aspects of the KPA, so, it might have been possible to fix your issue without an OS change, since it may not have been entirely a hardware issue.

What prompted the OS change? Did Support suggest it?

Did you create a backup file before changing the OS?
