Little bit worrying, only owned it for a month or two and I can hear something loose inside. Works fine, but I'm obviously a bit concerned.
If I open it up to take a look, will that void any warranty? And how easy is it to get inside it and put it back together?

You should check with support first, ie. open a support ticket.

If something is loose inside your PROFILER disconnect it from the mains immediately to prevent a short circuit and contact support!

You would've tightened them all properly when reassembling, so it's a possibility IMHO...

Could be a loose screw or a solder blob or a piece of plastic, etc..etc.. a short would suck, sometimes it gets wedge in somewhere and it starts up again. If you heard it, its still there, so the hunt is on. Unless you don't care and chance it.

There is a spooky amount of emty space in both he rack and toaster kempers. Ive stripped both down to bare boards and it's all pretty easy.
I fell on the soft bag containing my toaster after a show and bent the hell out of the face plate. Pulled it apart, removed the LCD/button pcb's and hammered it it flat again. All good. I may have pics on my phone of that repair. Will have a look.
Pulled my rack apart to remove a bit of grass or something similar that had gotten between the LCD and the clear front panel. Again, super simple.
Imo, dont be scared to open up your gear and take a look if you think its needed. As always with electronics just be gentle to the ribbon connectors.
