Do you polite with your Kemper ?

I know, it's the distortion of your guitar was very much in input slot. push Input button and ajust Level of your input and sensibility in menu.

read "clean sense" in Manual.

"Extremely “hot” guitars can generate unwanted distortion, indicated by the Input LED flashing red. This is only relevant for clean sounds, however - prominent amp distortion will completely mask a subtle clipping of the input."

Then you have to contact the support. Normal it becomes red when the signal from Guitar is to high

or if you have another entry very high in direct input. sorry not being able to help you

I've had the exact same problem 6 months ago, contacted support and reset the unit, problem was gone.

My KPA has been solid ever since, but two weeks ago the popping occured again and it got no input from my guitar anymore.

Tried to reset it again, but that just solved it temporarily. Next day, same thing..

Any official information about this problem, and how to solve it permanently?
