What do you mean by Kemper Mojave compatibility?
If you mean Rig Exchange I guess the answer is yes.

Most (almost all) audio apps and plugins have run perfectly under Mojave so far according to the feedback I've read at GS. I'd say just run it and see. Should be fine.
It looks like it's been the smoothest-transition point-nought release from Apple in a long time, if not ever.
I only wish I could run it on my 2012 cheese grater. Too many "gotchas" involved in upgrading the GPU in order to make it compatible (loss of boot screen, inability to run my old installations for MAME and so on), so I'll be stuck with HSierra on my machine. At least I can still boot into Snow Leopard, Lion and Mavericks if need be.
