Lost my favorites when I plugged in my Kemper... Any suggestions?

Favorites are tied to your user name, so perhaps something changed there?

Also check the user Name in your Profiler.

Same as before or different?

As Zappledan mentioned: Favourites are tied to the username.

It’s in the system settings of the Profiler.

I'm just guessing, but perhaps this is another path to consider.

I know that Rig Manager stores its data locally on the computer, e.g. the %appdata% tree in Windows. If you set things up on Computer A, then later synced to your Kemper from Computer B, which wouldn't have these performances locally, perhaps Computer B synced the default data back to your Kemper, hence losing your favorites.

Have you tried syncing Rig Manager from the original computer to see if that restores them?
