Dunlop Ultex .73 Sharp Point
These are perfect for me. They can still provide snap, but it's a hard material so more glassy than boing.

Same here - though I use the 0.90 ones
Jim Dunlop nylon picks, 1.07mm and 94mm. The blue and green ones. They have a nice grip on them too.
So... what were they, AJ?
I was converted to Jazz III (big ones ) by the great Djemass , Black for 5th & PM chords and all heavy & hard stuff , Red for funky , cleans & lighter stuff.
I play all my leads with bare finger , I cannot stand playing leads with a pick , it ruins lots of expressiveness and nuances for me.
The only one that I used in the past for leads were the expensive Dugain wood ones , killer stuff , very thick & hard.
I have a Tele, which is somewhat of a new relationship for me, and I'm still getting used to how best to interact with it.
Because it's razor sharp to begin with, I've been experimenting with my Dunlop Tortex .73s on it. Because the material is softer than the celluloid picks, it takes a bit of the edge off of the attack. Normally that's exactly what I want to avoid, but the Tele has bite to spare and could use a little toning down, even by my standards.

Saw an interview once with Jeff Beck, who plays exclusively with his fingers, and he made the transition because he kept dropping his picks on stage and couldn't find them, so fingers were more reliable. Sometimes you just stumble into the benefits.
Blue Herdim give me The Edge...

Till I find a 6 pence for Franks May-tweaking I use dunlop max-crip nylon standard 1 mm.
