[SOLVED] Support - response delay?

  • Hey guys,


    I am just curious to see what everyone's experience has been regarding customer support lately?

    I have an issue with my Kemper Profiling Amp so I contacted support through the official channel. Having done that a few times in the past, I am used to getting some kind of acknowledge, typically an email with a ticket #, and a rather quick response from someone on the team - which btw qualifies as great support to me! :-)

    I have submitted my issue twice now (a couple of weeks ago, and again this morning), but this time no response whatsoever. I don't know, maybe the team is simply submerged with support requests, and it now takes a while to get a response. Or is the support form on the website somehow broken? I don't want to come across as being impatient - I am just curious to see if I am alone, or has it been the same for anyone else?

    Anyways, let me know if you have some insight.
