Hi, my kemper makes no sound at all as if the mute button was activated but it is not. Any idea where does this come from ? I must have somehow changed settings but no idea how/what! Please help me

Switch cables? Maybe it's bad cable or connector?

Beside cables ... do a bit more analysis:
Does the INPUT LED reflect your playing?
Does the OUTPUT LED indicate a signal?
What are volumes and sources of the relevant outputs - the outputs you use for monitoring?
If you are using the internal power amp, that needs to be activated, Monitor Output Volume up and Monitor Output Source set to for example "Master Mono".
Any pedals connected or MIDI involved to control volume? Check the level of Volume Pedal on page "Pedal Links" in System Settings.

two obvious & stupid thinks that fooled me in the past :
having the jack of my guitar in the headphones out
having a loop FX engaged somewhere , but no real loop physically present
and my SPDIF cables are very sensitive to minor shocks on my desk , even a 1 mm gap on the edge of the tip will kill my output signal
Hope it helps , but if you got your input led blinking , then it's not the guitar

Been there. Done that. Someone else had to notice first.
