Is it possible - and if so, how - to profile just an amp head?

A diagram for creating a Direct Amplifier Profile is in the "Working with Amplifier PROFILEs, Cabinet PROFILEs, Power Amps and Guitar Cabinets" chapter, on page 55 of the Profiler Main Manual .
A Direct Amp PROFILE, tapped at the power amp speaker output, using the PROFILER DI box or another appropriate DI box. A PROFILE such as this represents the whole amp, excluding the guitar cabinet and microphone. This can then be played back through a physical guitar cabinet using a solid-state power amplifier, such as the optional built-in amplifier of PowerHead and PowerRack. The Direct Amp Profile is the most relevant kind of Direct PROFILE, which will be discussed in detail in the chapter Direct Amp PROFILE (Page 57).
