I'm running 7.0.9, but 2.3.13, which installed just before 7.0.9 installed, has the bug mentioned in the RM thread where RM crashes trying to save a rig from RM to the toaster. I left 7.0.9 on the toaster and reinstalled 2.0.3.12, and I can save rigs to my toaster from RM again.

I just updated from 7.08 Beta to 7.09 official using Rigmanager.
A very strange thing happened.
I ever had the Studio EQ locked at the X-Slot.
After updating I found a locked Tremolo at the X-Slot...
How can I now trust all my rigs ?
Better I go to rehearsal room and check my foot controller and all my rigs before gigging.
I am glad that I´m using 5 rigs only in live situation.

I finally had a smooth upgrade after a couple of revisions where Rig Manager would not update the Kemper. No issues whatsoever, and the firmware seems stable.
-
Announcements say 7.1.0 beta is available but I can't see it to download.
-
octopi you can find the beta versions in the beta category or by clicking on this link.
https://www.kemper-amps.com/do…ting-System-Beta-Versions
Make sure to use the correct installer for your hardware (Stage or Head/Rack)
-
On the Downloads page, click "Select Category" and the following pop-up window will appear.
Choose the 2nd option to see beta downloads.
EDIT:
Simultaneous post. Thank you, Hans.

There are these things called "Release Notes".
They can be found as a .TXT file in the downloaded .ZIP archive...or you can read this:

I believe that 'User Interface' is the subject heading and the list which follows it are the individual changes to the UI.

Ever since I upgraded to the new beta OS, my Kemper seems sluggish and it crashes when using the Rig Manager which is upgraded to the new one. It feels like the Kemper's CPU is reaching it's limits. I hope they can fix this when the new OS is released.
-
I dunno. My seems pretty stable and responsive since the update. RM is much more usable for me as well. ??♂️(7.09)

All good here (7.1 / Win10)

Are you using PC or Mac? Does unplugging and re-plugging the KPA in to your PC/Mac do anything? Rebooting change anything?
Is it switching to different profiles, that feels slow? What's the slowest feature that you're seeing?
For the record: I'm not experiencing any problems or slowness with 7.1.0beta and RM 2.3.13.

Absolute nightmare for me since updating, can’t believe that new firmware is out of Beta.
Rearranging performances is a disaster as it just keeps duplicating the name of them and moving them into the wrong position and to top it off my Kemper just shat the bed during a wedding gig and wiped the performance I was on when it eventually rebooted.
Not impressed at all. No problems whatsoever on the previous firmware 6

I feel your pain, and please don't take this the wrong way, but if you are a gigging musician that is playing for pay, then I wouldn't risk using beta versions (at least not for a gig). Beta is just that, it's not certified and Kemper is openly saying that they make no guarantees about it's stability. If you choose to use it during a paying gig and encounter a problem, then don't blame Kemper because you assumed the risk when you installed it.
My suggestion is, in the future, just be patient and stick to the certified OS versions to avoid this problem from recurring.
I read it as he updated to the new stable release, not a beta.....

Same here. He was complaining that he couldn't believe that the release was not a beta, but an official OS release.
Got to say though, I haven't had many problems with the latest release.
