Kemper profiler stage - problem

hi!

i've just bought kemper profiler stage.

I would like to make my own perform profile.

Firstly i chose Amp and cabinet without any problems. But when I try to add some effects to signal chain (rev, Comp, drive) i have this what you can see on the movie. After this 'assembling a list od presets...' nothing change even 30 minutes later. Where i made mistake?

Dude the exact same thing is happening to me. It’s BS!!!! I’ve emailed support and they sent me and update but it didn’t work at all. This thing has been a very expensive headache so far!!!! ??????

We identified the bug and will provide a new version soon. Odd enough, it is a bug from 6.0.0 that wasn't showing up in this "hard" way.

Uhh... Its good to see that im not the only one with this problem...

In other way this is the most expensive pedalboard on the world. What a shame!

I am experiencing this behavior on Toaster. RM was unable to update to 7.0 (Update failed) so I have to update through USB stick. When I found this bug, I just downgraded to 6. Downgrade also didn't went well, I had to boot 6.0 from USB stick and only after that KPA was able to update to 6.0. So I told myself I will wait for more stable version. But I have time, no worries. i will wait for new version.

under preferences in RM you must enable allow beta versions

RM said that there was an error during the update

i had to restart RM and KPA twice until the update worked

maybe try to shut down all devices restart all

and then you may lucky

There is no update for me
