[solved] Rig Manager ver. 2.3.1 - Can't import or create Performances ?

In Rig Manager ver. 2.3.1 - I Can't import Performances

and the "Create New Performance" option is greyed out.. ?

Am I the only one who has this problem ?

I just found out how to do it ( there was subfolders under "All Performances" .. and there we can do it
