I second. During 7 years of owning KPA I had always satisfying experience with support.
This is great to hear, and although I've not needed support so far (except for a stupid question I had) it's nice to feel well supported.
Support is the backbone of a great company, and with Kemper and PRS I'm set.
Because they have looked after me, I just ordered a Kemper Stage from PMT
