ROFL
Thats an odd noise for sure. It only happens when using the stomps? Ive never noticed it myself but i never use the stomps anyway
the profil used is amp+ cab w/out stomp box
Did you use a profile and increased a lot the gain on it? I experienced the same issue in some profiles by doing that.

no.
it is the classic herbert ch2 profil, but i can havr it with a crunch profil also.
just try a double bend at 13 th fret on e and b strings (tune down 1/2 step for me)

There is definitely something else going on there besides distortion intermodulation. The other clips with double bend posted before don't sound like this. Like I mentioned before I experienced something similar but just by bending single notes and letting them ring. Can you try doing the same with a single note and see if the same happens?
it doesn't happen with single note bend
Is the Master light going red? The output signal might be the problem, as I noticed this with Amplitube and Guitarrig as well.
Look at the waveshape, there is some really heavy compression and brickwall limiting in this file. Keep in mind that many DAW plugins will result in nonlinear phase shifting.
i have this issue with all the profils, and without recording, just by playing with monitor.
absolutly no red lights
you can check it at home :
tuning 1/2 step down
bend e and b at the 13 fret...... and the aliens come lol
Ok will do and post. I havnt noticed to much funky biz at all and for the sake of getting Diwn to the nitty gritty think it's worth another posting to see if we get similair results.
Did you get similar results finally?

I can reproduce it in Standard-Tuning:
g-string 13. fret
b-String 11. fret
Bend both strings slowly a half step up and you'll hear it very clearly. It is on all rigs with gainlevel slightly above crunch.
I'm not sure if you can reproduce this with a normal tube-amp. I have no tube-amp to test it
In Guitar Rig 4 this effect can be reproduced with higher gain settings but it sounds not as bad as with the Kemper.
Anyway I can live with this issue it occurrs only in a few special situations.
Edit:
Caution the following link contains some really bad tones: bending two strings
@ millenofx77 don't go too deep in this issue enjoy your Kemper and make more music
thank you, for this feedback.
i really bend a lot, and play double not as often.... now i hear this issue all the time
Mr KEMPER , is there a solution ?
Listen to the bends in the first part of this video.
Listen to the bends in the first part of this video.
And check out around 4:06
We need to get a Kemper to GregV...that would be a profile collection from heaven.
really , it is not the same kind of "noise".
the kemper gives an artificial "pumping" noise, very different to what greg v have
Display MoreGuys this happens with ANY distorted amp.
Its the reason you cant play complex chords like maj7ths with distortion.
Its even how Adrian Belew got his elephant roars in King Crimson.
Pulling out some of the mids before amp can help but its just a fact of science.
Only way around it is hexaphonic pick up and 6 separate distortion stages.
AND this is NOT the foldover distortion heard in the distortion blocks.
I can reproduce it in Standard-Tuning:
g-string 13. fret
b-String 11. fret

Adrian Belew knows how to get strange sounds out of a guitar: Adrian Belew makes strange sounds with his guitar
Thanks for the tip. This video has really some strange sounds
Elephant noise is at 7:45 without slide this guy is amazing
Edit: When you hear strange sounds coming from your Kemper-Amp you have to react like Adrian at 12:10

And it's how Gilmour gets his pig oinks and dog screams in Animals.
