It would be nice to be able to adjust the EQ globally that only effects the headphone out.

I think that there is actually Space for monitor out. Just uncheck " Space for headphone only"

But that adds it to the main FOH outputs too. I think the request is to be able to add it to monitor signals without affecting FOH.

EQ + Highpass + Lowpass (studio EQ) one for headphone, one for main out, one for monitor.

Agreed. Each out should have it own EQ, so that adjustments can be made for the used listening media with no need to tweak each rig on a "per output" basis.
