I noticed he stage comes with a power cable with a little box on it. What is that box? Does that means we can't use a power cable other than that one?
Can I use a power cable other than the one supplied?

You can use every Powercable you want. The little Box is called "Ferrite Core"..just google and you will know what it does. (It is not necessary on a Powercable)
