Kemper power rack sounds bad all of a sudden???

I have a Kemper power rack and it started sounding really bad. All of the clean profiles sound distorted and everything sounds thin. Happened to me once at a gig and I powered the unit off and on and it resolved the issue. But now it seems to be the norm. Sounds bad threw both the powered output and the direct output. Anybody else have this happen or have any suggestion before I try a factory reset? Thanks!

I did and Kemper support responded that it sounds like a hardware issue and they are transferring the ticket to their support team in the US to contact me. Thanks
