Hi guys just received KPA and I'm in love!!
Anyway., I don't have a mic so I hooked a few amps up to my loadbox and made some DI profiles
The first one is a ch3 modern mode on the newer "reborn" multi watt dual rectifier head. It was taken from the slave out of the recto head. the profile is called
Dual Rec ch3 DI
the other 2 are DI of the lead channel of a 6505+ 112 combo. One of them was taken from the FX send and one from the loadbox lineout.
the fx send profile is called 6505+112 DI
and the loadbox lineout profile is called
6505+112 LEAD w/p
these profiles don't have any cabs attached to them, so they will sound strange unless you load a cab. (but most of you probably already knew that!)
I think they sound alright. They sound pretty good with TIllS Cabs. I'd be interested in hearing your opinions on using these profiles with a real poweramp and cab, I haven't been able to test that just yet.
I am still very new to all of this so all opinions are welcome!
