POE deliver voltage regulated by a POE standard IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at and the Remote will use it.
POE is basically double set of the DC-DC converters with standarized voltage and some negotiation system. No need to worry about special power supply. You need to check which standatd is required by the remote ( Supported are IEEE standard 802.3af-2003 as well as 802.3at-2009 mode A.) and buy a POE injector which support this.

Is there a risk for the kemper/remote with those kind of injector ? Injecteur POE 48 V 0.5A
Is there other specs than the 802.3af that i need to consider ?

Thanks, I don't know anything about those POE things so I don't want to make a big mistake, I do now that cheap devices can be not very durable but for the moment i have good experiences with cheap devices.
Can someone explain what its being used for? Is it to enable a wireless link to the remote? If so, I'd love to know if anyone has this working safely...

I think some people use it to have a longer cable between the Kemper and the remote, I also think some want to ru 2 remotes but in my case it's for have expression pedals in the remote with the same latency as the back of the Kemper.

Kemper supports only mode A of 802.3af. (by the way this is against the standard 802.3af (powered device) has to accept both modes by standard definition).
this poe device PSE (power sourcing equipment) supports mode B (using the pins 4,5 and 7,8).
So it will not work with the Kemper.
what quality do you expect from a $5 china device ?
