Nope, sounds like you must have some software routing issues, though you don’t actually say what the problem is. No sound? Bad sound? Low volume?
To check it it’s the KPA, connect the monitors directly to the main outs. If that’s all good, then you can worry about the apogee and routing.

One of the joys of the Kemper is how simple it is to just plug and play. It shouldn’t be any more difficult the plugging into a traditional amp.
As Sam said, try plugging directly i to you monitors to bypass the interface etc. This will help identify exactly where the issue is in the chain. Another test would be to plug some headphones into the Kemper’s own headphone output to eliminate any external influences.
