Just change/rename the file extension to .krig

I find no issues importing Rigs with the older extension .kipr with current software revisions. It works via USB memory stick as well as Rig Manager.

I am having the same issue. Just bought mine, and wanted to use the new interface, but I might have to delete it and go back to the pre beta version to import my purchased tones and then re-download the beta version. This is a huge time suck but the only way i can figure out to make it work. If anybody has any idea how to fix this I would really like to know.

Congratulations on solving your problem in your other post

hello all new to the kemperverse! mine just stopped working all together? local library just shows 0 and nothing will import at all. ive done the shut down restart uninstall reinstall and nothing. ive even gone from 2.3.14 to 3.0.82 and no luck. tried the rename and that was a bust too.

That`s what i'm not using beta versions.

Same problem here... Cannot import a kipr file into rig manager. We are 10 months later. Still not solution to this problem?

People are importing files with extension .kipr all the time.
If you have an issue, check,
if these files are Rig or presets and if you are dragging these into the correct corresponding area in Rig Manager,
if these already exist in the corresponding area.

Not sure if you're already doing this, don't want to teach you to suck eggs, here's what works for me. It seems I can only drag these files into an area under rigs - e.g Rigs >Local Library, or if you're hooked up to the profiler drag them straight into the profiler window which will then load them direct on to the profiler. Is this how you are doing it?

Thanks! I know now what I did wrong! I tried to import into the Rigs > Local Library in Rig Manager, a Reverb preset. I understand that doesn't work of course. My mistake!
