Rig Manager 3 more than likely won't be made available for WIN 7. Got this answer from kemper today:

But I guess it won't be compatible for windows 7 in the future.

I had already cloned my main drive and updated my Win 7 to windows 10 to verify how my programs would fare. My DAW and my plugins all seem to be working fine! Minor glitches with two vst's, but deleting them from the track and putting them back on the track made them work just like before. I've only been running it for a day but, so far so good! There is also an option to revert to Win 7 for the 10 first days.
If you have doubts, like i had, just clone your drive, update the clone to Win 10 and try it out. If you don't like it or have issues, plug back your original drive in!
