I bought Kemper Stage (brand new) on December 17 and received the unit on December 20. I just got to test it for 2 days and surprise .... the screen locked and error. Unacceptable for a premium product. Updates are up to date. The error occurred when I randomly tested profiles. Help?

You are using beta software: OS 7.1.8 beta on the PROFILER and Rig Manager 3.0 beta. If you prioritize stability, you should return to release revisions OS 7.1.5 and RM 2.3.
