Kemper is off. As shown in the photo during the performance only a few days ago, It doesn't move when you press any switch, and after a few seconds, it looks like the picture shown

Happened to me on one fo the OS 7 firmware versions whenever I made a change in RM. I would reboot, get stuck on that screen, then have to unplug the unit, keep unplugged for a few minutes, try again a few times then it would work just fine. Have you tried that? Once back up and running update to the latest firmware.

thank you for the reply. Yes, that's right. The latest update was made. But the state remains the same. If you unplug it and plug it in again, it works fine, but again you get an error.
