Kemper Profiler not working properly, can't delete profiles

I have some issues with my Kemper. When I use Rig Manager, it says I have only one rig on my Kemper. Meanwhile, on my Kemper it says there are 67 rigs on it. I deleted them manually one by one on Kemper but when I go through the menu they are still there. When I try to use them it doesn't want to switch between them. Footswitch also doesn't recognize other rigs, so they aren't there phisically, only in memory of Kemper I guess. Is there any way to format Kemper so it is completely clean?

I also tried to put older update but the problem is still there

the rig manager deleted the rigs and it says there is only one rig in the Kemper, but the Kemper still has the rigs, eventhough I can't use them
