What is the difference between the 2 modes? When I play a sound in Browser, the sound is much more dynamic. I can change the EQ..... Can anyone assist me on the differences?

Performance is designed to allow you to set up to 5 different rig to be accessible via the foot switches on the remote or stage. Browse mode only give you one rig at a time.

The Input Settings are Locked by default in Performance Mode, and Unlocked by default in Browse Mode.
You may prefer to have them set the same way in both Modes.

It's the other way around:
Input Section locked by default in Browser Mode assuming, this is the place to check out Rigs with varying guitars. So you set Clean Sens according to the guitar you currently use and then load Rigs and test, while the Clean Sens sticks.
Input Section not locked by default in Performance Mode assuming, here you create your Performances e. g. related to particular songs and musical scenes and the guitar associated with a song is given. Now you load Performance A and play with guitar 1, then you load Performance D and play with guitar 55 and the stored Clean Sens values take effect automatically, which relate to the various guitars.
