I recently got my Kemper Stage and with the endless opportunities the RM gives me, I want to hook up my Stage to my iMac using an USB interface for recording and also be able check and prepare my sounds and rigs for live use using a good pair of studio monitors for my iMac. Any recommendations?
I want to be able to hear what I will get through the PA or my inEars. What do you guys use to prepare your „live sound“?
With my Kemper Rack I used a Friedman ASM but although it was good to give me that “amp in the room feeling“, my live and in ear sound was always sounding different (what I expected with the ASM).
My wishlist:
- XLR input
- SPDIF Coaxial like Kemper output
- compact
- MAC compatibility
- not to pricey
