Kemper software update - taking hours

    Hi All,


    Very new to this so looking for a bit of advice please.


    I’m in the process of updating my software to the latest version on my Powerhead. I’ve seen that most updates take around 10 minutes but mine has been updating for an hour and I’m only at 25%. Any reason why this would be?

    Sounds like a soft lock to me. I have never had one take more then a few minutes
