I have this happen a month ago. The tone is very wooly if that makes sense. Almost sounds like its under water. Very weird any thoughts?

Are you running through an audio interface? If so, are the recorded tracks normal or wooly?
There are ways to inadvertently have both the incoming Kemper feed AND the output of your DAW coming through your monitors.
Same with headphones?
If not, you know that your Kemper is indeed working correctly and that the issue is output-related.
Strange EQ settings on output block ???
I think I had too many rigs in it . I deleted a ton and now its back to amazing. didnt realize I had so many
You're welcome.
If it works for you now... great! But I'm afraid that deleting rigs does not change the sound of your Kemper at all. Except for those sounds/rigs that you've deleted.
