How do you contact support? Do you get any confirmation and ticket numbers?

I remember let's say 1 year back and before - when I sent an email, I got response email from Kemper support team with ticket number. No matter if I sent an email to [email protected] or used contact page - https://www.kemper-amps.com/contact.

Since some time I was not getting any confirmation, not knowing my issue reached support team and was under investigation.

I sent one issue few minutes ago and didn't get any email (I checked SPAM folder).

Is your experience similar in this area?

So I was contacted by support team today (ticket raised yesterday evening), and got ticket number with their response to my issue.

Previously it was, that I was getting ticket number, when they received my inquiry.

How could I know, if this was never annouced?

Getting ticket number as confirmation of received message by support, makes sense because I already know, what ticket number to use, if I don't get any response from support.

I sent few issues during 2019, whether using mail address [email protected] or contact form https://www.kemper-amps.com/contact - I was never contacted back - I checked SPAM folder as well.

This is not a "hate", it's an observation.
