Rig Manager 3.0 can't find the effects presets

Uploaded Rig Manager 3.0 When editing effects, I only get one effect preset. I'm not seeing any of the many presets that I see when editing from the Kemper itself. What am I missing? Thanks for any help.

Thank you Paults! Not were I would have put or expected them but this will make things easier. Appreciate the help.
