Cant get rig exchange to appear on sidebar!

    I am have my unit registered, have tested my login credentials in preferences and pressed apply, and have the use rig exchange box checked off. I also have all of the latest updates. The rig exchange will not appear on my sidebar. I have attached a photo of my screen below. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to solve this problem. If I am making a dumb error please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it. I just got a Kemper a week ago and love what it can do, but am running into some issues that are making it hard to fully enjoy. I bought it used, and am trying to make sure everything is in working order. I took a picture without my Kemper plugged in here, but usually the kemper’s name would appear on the sidebar as well.

    I have. I’ve been in communication with them for a week. They have been good with getting back to me, but still no solution. Hopefully we will find out what is going on soon.
