Like many of you i am really excited about the new cabinet. My problem is that I own the Ritter Camplifier 180. and that is limited to a minimal speaker cabinet impendance of 8 ohm. As you problably know the new kemper Cabinet is 4 ohm. Is there a way or a toolkit to "modify" the Camplifier 180 to 4 ohm?
You could use two Kemper Kone's in a 2x12 cabinet, wired in series for a total load of 8 ohms.
That is what I plan on using with my powered Kemper
I emailed Ritter and the owner, who posts here, said that they could modify them to work at that impedance. It would require sending the unit to them. If you're located in the EU it may be less of an inconvenience as opposed to living in the US.
