Where are the imprints for Kone in the signal chain?

Since it is in the output menu, it makes sense that it is post all effects, just like a real guitar cab. The main outs would still retain the stereo full range sound.

That is why when you turn on the cab that the kone imprints deactivate and the speaker outputs the original full range sound.
