Well. My Kemper has completely died. I turned it on, it lit up, went to grab a guitar and when I looked at it again, it was dark. Unplugged everything, tried a different power cable to a different outlet. Nothing. Does anyone know if US repair or running under the current restrictions? I have a ticket open, but haven't heard from the US side yet...
Edit: they emailed right after I posted. They are sending me a return label...
Anyone know the turnaround time from support? Not complaining at all, just curious. I got a new guitar and amplitube just doesn't sound the same...
I had an issue with a footswitch, it took 5 business days start to finish. That was Pre-lockdown. Not sure what the situation is with Kemper US regarding essential employees etc.
Yeah, the lockdown is what makes me wonder.. someone was there for UPS to deliver to... haha. Don't get me wrong, I totally get the lockdown delaying things.
