It may be useful to obtain cabinet presets with the same speakers present in the imprints for the Kone / Kabinet , so we can play on headphones with a tone similar to that of the Kone.

The goal is having a the sound of a guitar speaker that you cannot have with another reproduction systems (other speaker, headphone) ... So, i thing it's just not possible.

Of course, that's why I talked about similar and not the same tone,
also because then there is the question of which cabinet: 1x12, 2x12, 4x12, open, closed, etc.

The same speaker will sound totally different depending on the microphone that is used to capture it.

It's true; as it is for any microphone recording.
However more than completely different I would say, quite different ... unless you use extreme mic positions or angles.
I have commercial profiles of the same amplifier, taken with every possible pair of microphones, but it cannot be said that the timbre is not always recognizable.
Maybe the classic Sm57 + Royer121 pair on a simple 1x12 could be a good compromise, to get the reference I ask.
And then there is always a model to refer the monitors in recording to get a good result. The Kabinet with its imprint.

It was say that the design of the Kone it not suitable fr micing. So, making a cab from a real speaker mic'ed by a sm57+R121 .... this is the profiling process
