I connect the stage in the computer. It popped this message up. I clicked "OK" and nothing happened. What am I doing wrong?

watch what it say on that window (Software Version Mismatch)means you have the wrong rig manager version!!easy way to do it is download all files from the kemper website,update your profiler then install the newest rig manager.
