How to route signal to record FX separately or record Bass DI and Amp separately?

After reading the manual over and over again I'm still a bit confused here.

I have a UAD Apollo Twin which means I can use 2 analog inputs and the SPDIF inputs

• I'd like to be able to do record my guitar while separating the FX (delay reverbs) to a separate output. Is that possible? If yes, Can I make those settings in the Editor software? Cant see anything myself there

• I'd like to record bass but splitting the signal to DI (mono) and amped signal. Same as above - is that possible?

I didn't know you can scroll down in the editor software to get more controls...
