Changing Rig Volume Location?

    Hello All,


    After searching for some time, I did not see a way to change the location of the Rig Volume to get the same variable results as when changing the location of an expression/volume pedal. Is this correct?

    yes. The rig volume has no effect on tone or amp drive at all. It is a completely clean volume control like moving the fader on the FOH mixing desk.


    if you want to use volume to change the character use the Volume Pedal in front of the Stack or use a Pure Boost. If you want a volume pedal pre and post Stack use the Volume Post and the Wah Volume Pre. Now the volume pedal will control the overall loudness and the Wah pedal will act as a volume in front of the amp and change the gain characteristics more than level.
