I installed latest updates and now my profiles are gone.

    I installed latest updates and now my profiles are gone? What happened? the My Profiler now has a exclamation symbol in a yellow caution triangle. I had 788 profiles and now they are gone. Uuugh. Any help would be much appreciated.

    The exclamation mark normally indicates, that Rig Manager and OS versions are not compatible and therefor Rig Manager cannot communicate with the PROFILER and cannot show its content. But the content isn't "gone". If you select the View "All Rigs" and dial the BROWSE knob on the front panel all Rigs should still be there.
