Hi All: I am working on getting my profiler up to date. My last version was 6.0. Today I upgraded to 7.1.5 and now I am trying to update to 7.3.2 so I can get to 7.4.1. I have followed all of the procedures and my update to 7.3.2 seems to be stuck at 3% (prepping for update). I have left it alone for about an hour and no progress has been made. I don't know if there is a safe way to stop it and try again or if this is normal. Help! Thanks!
