No hub in between. What else can I do?

Jul 10th 2020 #3 Which version are Stage and RM on now? Maybe only one of them was updated.Basic steps would always be restart both, try reconnecting the USB cable, reinstall Rig Manager, contact support. Which OS are you on? Windows or Mac?
Jul 11th 2020 #4 I had the same issue , just uninstall and reinstall the RM. This solved it for me on windows.
Jul 12th 2020 #5 What @kriwat said....and check the USB cable as well. I'd start with the cable, then un-install/re-install RM.
