Update Original OS (Shipped w/5.5.2)

I am going to update my OS for the first time, the amp has been used for live purposes more than recording, and I'm unsure with which OS to begin Updating with. I understand I cannot just go to the Newest Version of OS, but want to make sure i "build" the system from OS to OS correctly without it crashing. If someone knows the correct procedure, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, gw.

EDIT: It is currently at OS 5.5.2

You need to update to OS 7.3.2 first, which you find here:

Older Software Versions

Based on OS 7.3.2 you can update to the current release or public beta - as you wish.
