Kemper stage loop stereo not working?

Hi everyone! So im new here and to kemper in general and have a question.

So i have a few stereo delay pedals that i wanted to use in the loop. But when i use loop stereo in the delay box and hook it up it only gives me the left side with delay but no signal shows up on the right side??

Ive been trying to trouble shoot it and no solution has been found. Ive used both the top and bottom loop with the same results. But funny thing is when i use the mono loop the delay works fine? My master out is set to stereo and hookup up stereo as well so i have no idea at this point?

You need to place a stereo loop in one of the slots AFTER the amp/cab.

Then your return signal should be stereo.

Yup that's exactly how i have it set up. I think it might be the output on the delay pedal. Cause my tera echo seems to be just fine when i hook it up in stereo
