If the kemper will profile the audio signal from an amp
Will it profile sounds in nature like a waterfall for example as long as it has a thin drive , just curious? Also I’m new , ive had my kemper for a month

You'd need to be able to pass the Profiling signal from the Kemper through the waterfall and mic that up, so I'd say no.
I like the way you're thinking 'though. Just remember that there must be a means of passing a signal through a device in order for the Kemper to be able to make use of the altered data (changed signal).
Welcome to the forum, mate.
EDIT:
Having thought about your interest in Profiling a waterfall, I came up with a possible means of Profiling water:
1) Fill a small container with water and add a decent amount of salt; that'll help conductivity.
2) Place the active wire from one end of a mono TS lead into the water and plug the other end into the Kemper's Profiling output jack.
3) Place the active wire from one end of a second mono TS lead into the water and plug the other end into the Kemper's Profiling input jack.
4) Conduct the Profiling process with fingers crossed.
Hopefully you'll get some sort of interesting response, the nature of which will be dictated by the conductive and capacitative properties of the water.
EDIT:
In case anyone thinks I'm being irresponsible as opposed to creative here, consider the fact that the OP would be dealing with line-level audio voltages only.

Hi and welcome to the forum!
welcome to the family ?
Welcome! That's appreciated creative thinking. Question, what you would expect to get by profiling a waterfall? Wouldn't it just sound like a waterfall? Maybe just record a waterfall.
Welcome.

Welcome!
The Kemper can only profile the frequency response (incl. distortion character) - we can't use it to 'sample' any sounds.
Welcome!
Thats creative thinking really! Maybe waterfall is not possible but thinking this way can open eyes to creative ideas
Welcome Sir

Yeah but it'll save you carrying a waterfall around with you
