I have 2 Behringer FC600 - Expression Pedals, I use one for morphing and one for volume. I can't seem to calibrate the volume pedal accurately It seems like it goes from 0-10 real quick in the middle of the pedal range. I have tried different settings - I prefer -05 with the full range otherwise I don't have hardly any flexibility. I calibrate it almost every time I turn it on but it doesn't seem to help. I will probably just replace it, does anyone have any tips or suggestions for me to try or any suggestions which pedal to buy for volume? I don't mind the Behringer for morphing because it doesn't have to be that accurate.

my fc600 was also not satisfying - until I blocked the last 25% of the pedal travel (approximatly) Now it‘s ok for my needs- YMMV

I didn't even think about doing that, do you use it for volume too?

Is your knob Minimum Volume turned all the way down? If not, that might account for the short Expression range.
