Hi, I'm wondering if my unit is faulty?. I experience a crackling result using the (new) Acoustic simulator effect, it's just nog useable. Its distorted.
Same with the Pitch shifter. It seems like the Kemper Stage can't process the effect.
All other sounds sounds clean and normal. It's not a connection thing, input and output gains are okay without clipping.
Does anyone experience the same or anyone no what to do to solve this?
ps: my setup chain is simple: is: guitar-cable-kemperstage- XLR mains out L/R to mixing desk.
